Ghost My Mail is mainly characterized by being an antispam, but also has many other properties, such as the possibility of subscribing to websites without any spyware/virus coming through emails arriving from that subscription. You can also send completely anonymous emails, so the receiver can't store your email address on their list and, well, and therefore can't send you spam.
Like sending emails anonymously, you can also receive them in the same way, ie a kind of receiving mail account which then sends them to yours. In the emails you send/receive you can attach files without problem.
